Blistering Barnacles!

Leaving Tintin for a moment, here is another recent creation of mine for a contest on DeviantArt. The brief was to create a new strange, terrifying villain for a possible movie. Methinks, I may have hit more on STRANGE, than over all TERRIFYING!
